Tatweer Misr the leading real estate developer announced the launch of “The Vues” a new phase in its first home project located in Mostakbal City, Bloomfields, during its most recent brokers’ event attended by more than 1500 invitees representing 300 brokerage companies. Bloomfields is famous for its strategic location that’s easily accessible from Road 90 (New Cairo), and the Central and Regional Ring Roads, the project’s remarkable location grants easy access to the New Cairo train station and Cairo International Airport. It is also in close proximity from the New Administrative Capital and only 45 minutes away from Ain El Sokhna.
Bloomfields spans over 415 acres with an initial investment worth EGP 33Bn. “The Vues” will feature over 1000 units with spaces ranging from 75m2 to 210 m2 , made up of 1 – 3 bedrooms depending on the size of the unit, this new phase comes as part of the residential zone, while the project will also be featuring commercial, administrative and entertainment zones spreading across 325 acres. In addition to another 90 acres featuring an Educational zone with an initial investment worth around EGP 5 Bn. The educational zone is designed to include four international schools, an entrepreneurial international university campus which is expected to host a number of International Branch Campuses (IBC). Tatweer Misr has signed an MoU with New Jersey Institute for Technology (NJIT), which represents Egypt’s first American International Branch Campus and it is expected to receive its first student in September 2021.

The Vues new sales plan includes a 0% interest rate-10-years-installment plan that the company believe to be appealing to their target clientele. All the new phase units overlook 10 acres of central green park which features a jogging track, pet zone, Wi-Fi, BBQ zone, playgrounds, bike lanes, water features, outdoor gym, sports zone and a clubhouse.
As with all projects developed by the company, Tatweer Misr collaborated with world-class partners in all engineering & architectural aspects to set a full integrated execution strategy for this phase, starting from laying foundations till the final finishes and interior designs, which Tatweer Misr offers through its partnership with the renowned architect & interior designer, Mona Hussein (MHDH) who tailors several interior design packages to cater for the different tastes of clients.
Further to that, Tatweer Misr will be launching 350 diversified units in its flagship project located on the Galala Mountain of Sokhna, IL Monte Galala.
