Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interpret relevant legislation and regulations and develop compliance standards that address all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Conduct legal researches
- Maintain knowledge of applicable laws.

Subject : Senior Lawyer
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review the Invoicessubmitted by contractors and ensure compliance with the contract terms
regarding: (completion percentages, down and advance payments, payment
conditions, etc.) - Review and evaluate the change orders submitted by the contractors, studying their impact on the contract, and their connection to contracts involving other contractors.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and suppliers offers.
- Monitor project progress and cost , identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Follow up on the Invoices Cycle to be sure of its progress and correct frame work.
- Coordinate between the Engineering department and the Finance department regarding Invoices, Variation orders, and all post contract issues.
- Prepare LOGs and reports of Invoices, variation orders, contracts progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.
- Total of seven years of experience with a solid experience in the QS, Construction fields or any related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Subject : Quantity Surveyor Engineer
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Assist in the development of project budgets, ensure alignment with project scope, timeline, and objectives.
- Monitor project expenses throughout the project lifecycle, identify variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
- Generate regular cost reports with the actual cost according to actual progress for all discipline, providing insights into cost performance and trends.
- Evaluate and improve continuously cost control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Subject : Cost Control Engineer
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust safety programs and policies tailored to Egyptian regulations and industry standards, ensuring full compliance.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments specific to Egyptian construction environments, identifying and mitigating hazards effectively.
- Review all subcontractors' Health and Safety (H&S) plans and measures on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with Egyptian safety regulations and project-specific requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and site supervisors on safety protocols, including the selection and proper use of locally available personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Lead safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors, emphasizing adherence to Egyptian safety regulations and cultural norms.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, meticulously documenting findings and proposing corrective actions in alignment with Egyptian safety laws and practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to review construction plans and specifications, addressing safety concerns within the context of Egyptian construction practices and regulations.
- Stay abreast of emerging safety trends and technologies relevant to the Egyptian construction industry, integrating updates into existing safety programs where applicable.
- Serve as a liaison with Egyptian regulatory agencies and external stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to local safety requirements.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and site-specific safety planning sessions, providing expert guidance to mitigate risks inherent to Egyptian construction sites.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent accidents, including regular safety audits, toolbox talks, and on-the-job coaching for workers.
- Mentor and coach junior safety personnel, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance safety practices and foster professional growth within the Egyptian construction sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, specifically in a field relevant to construction, such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline, from an accredited institution in Egypt.
- Professional certification as a Safety Engineer, recognized by Egyptian authorities, such as the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction safety management within Egypt, with a proven track record of successfully implementing safety programs and policies on construction sites.
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian safety regulations and standards applicable to the construction industry, with the ability to interpret and ensure compliance with local laws and requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of safety professionals, as well as influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to convey complex safety concepts and requirements to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using safety management systems and software tools commonly used in the construction industry in Egypt, such as SAP, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience in reviewing subcontractors' Health and Safety (H&S) plans and measures, along with implementing proactive measures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment on construction sites.
- Additional certifications or training in specialized areas of construction safety, such as Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), or NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (IGC), would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in emergency response planning, crisis management, and first aid procedures specific to construction sites in Egypt.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, equipment, and materials used in the Egyptian context, with the ability to assess and address safety risks associated with each.
